TC HVAC was great. T helped us choose, purchase, and install a split unit A/C and heat pump. The install ended up being a bit complicated due to the strange wiring of our older house, but he stuck with us and the unit works great so far. They were on time both for the quote and service, paid attention to cleanliness in our inside and outside areas, and took covid precautions by wearing masks and keeping distance. T also thoroughly explained what they were doing and consulted me at a few points to make sure they were doing what we wanted. Would definitely recommend them.

On Thursday night, my HVAC stopped working. I called TC on Friday. He was prompt and professional. TC diagnosed the issue and provided me with options. He was upfront with the pros & cons of each. Given that my HVAC system was more than 16 years old, I decided to replace the entire system. On Monday morning around 9:00 AM, TC arrived with a new system. By 4:00 PM, everything was up and running smoothly. He used heavy drop cloths from the back door to the HVAC, so he would not dirty the carpet. The only evidence left behind was a shinny new air handler inside, a shinny new compressor on the outside, and cool air coming out of the vents. His work and the equipment all have warranties.
